My dad saw this in the Guardian a while ago, and saved it for me as he thought I might like it! I have no idea who it is by or anything, it just says "Otto" underneath the picture. If anyone knows the artist, please let me know! It would be cool if the world got taken over by giant cats with laser eyes :P
